I am a Master’s student in Microelectronic Systems Design, with a foundation in analog and digital IC design, system Verilog RTL design, SoC integration, and FPGA verification. I previously worked as an Analog IC Design Engineer for three years. My current research focuses on compact modelling of ferroelectric diodes based on two-dimensional semiconductors, bridging device physics and hardware design for energy-efficient computing.

I am a third year Electrical and Electronics Engineering student at the University of Southampton with core interests in Machine Learning, Robotics and theoretical physics. My work focuses on setting up a Magneto Optical Kerr Effect tool to characterise magnetic hysteresis in fabricated samples. Through this project, I hope to gain hands-on experience with optics, signal processing, and data analysis, while exploring the fundamental physics of magnetic materials and research instrumentation.
